CLIP:The CLIP is a carabiner clip taken to the next level. A hidden USB plug compliments a micro USB or lightning connector for on-the-go action.
Note: the CLIP is not meant or rated for climbing. It can support up to 33 pounds (15kg).
Both the KEY and the CLIP are made from high-grade polycarbonate from Bayer and rubber elastomer from Dupont; this is to make them flexible and durable. The metals used are made from high-grade stainless steel and are scratch-resistant. You don’t need to worry about keeping track of protective caps. Nomad has put these products through “everyday tests” to ensure that they can keep up with you, the modern Nomad!
Both the KEY and the CLIP are used for charging and syncing, like any other charging/data cables. They use the latest USB 2.0 technology and 2.4 amp charging ability. The lightning versions of the KEY and CLIP are MFi certified by Apple.
