Kate Spade Blurs the Lines Between Fashion and Device Protection

Cesium introduces Kate Spade’s upbeat femininity to tablets and MagSafe products

Designed in New York but internationally known, Kate Spade’s brand holds a loyal following. For veterans in the accessories industry, the brand needs no introduction. For those wanting a refresher, Kate Spade is a fashion design house – initially known for handbags – that successfully branched out to other products. By thinking innovatively and embracing tech as part of fashion, they not only design feminine products consumers want to be seen owning, but they also develop cases that effectively secure hardware products from damage. In sum, Kate Spade is an exemplary case of a high-fashion brand that comfortably meets market standards for tech accessory performance.

Today, Cesium is pleased to announce newly added tablet cases and MagSafe phone cases to our range of Kate Spade SKUs (read to the end to see what’s coming soon). Here are the details:

Beyond looking the part, these hard-shell cases come with a sturdy outer bumper that gives devices the protection they merit. Cesium’s collection currently has three styles available that fit both the iPhone 12/12 Pro and the 12 Pro Max. Our collection is set to grow as new MagSafe devices are set to hit the market this year.

Ahead of the fashion curve and on-trend with tech accessory specs

It is worth noting that the brand has already alluded to how they plan to continue to be great. They have some tactics that will help them stand out against competitors. Firstly, Kate Spade products and packaging are made in part with recycled plastics. The goal is to continue the transition and increase recycled plastic use over time. An increase in antimicrobial product materials and drop protection is also on the agenda. Furthermore, the brand is looking to extend its product line to new devices. This extension will see new SKUs that fit device manufacturing brands other than Apple and Samsung. Lastly, Kate Spade will be designing silicone cases for Apple’s AirTag item tracking devices.

Since its conception, Kate Spade consistently sparks revolutions in the fashion cycles of accessories. With Cesium’s current selection of cases and the brand’s ambitious agenda, customers can continue to expect high-fashion accessories that perform.
